Refund policy

At I Am An Athlete, every item is made-to-order with premium customization. Because of this, we have a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy once production begins. Please review the terms below before placing your order.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet started.

• After 24 hours or once customization has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Refunds

• All sales are final on custom items. We do not issue refunds for sizing errors, color preferences, or design changes after the order is confirmed.

• Refunds will only be issued if your order arrives with a manufacturer defect (such as misprinting, incorrect customization, or faulty materials).

• Proof of defect (photos) must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to qualify for review.

Exchanges

• Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, exchanges are not available. Please ensure that sizes, spelling, colors, and order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
