1. Custom Orders

  • All products are made-to-order and customized to your specifications.

  • Once an order is confirmed and paid, it enters production. Standard production and shipping time is 4–5 weeks, but may vary depending on order size and availability.

2. Order Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details (sizes, colors, spelling, customization, and shipping address) are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer during the ordering process.

3. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout.

  • Orders will not enter production until payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started.

  • After 24 hours or once customization has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives with a verified manufacturer defect.

  • Defect claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos for review.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content on this site are the intellectual property of I Am An Athlete and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

  • By submitting customization details (such as names, team logos, or artwork), you confirm that you have the legal right to use those designs.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Our liability, in any case, will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
